👉 CONTROL THE TEMPO.
Why?
Muscle growth happens when you maximize time under tension — not just moving weight, but making the muscle work the entire rep.
How?
Next chest day, try this on your bench or dumbbell press:

4 seconds lowering the weight (eccentric)

1 second pause at the bottom

Explode up in 1 second (concentric)

Pause 1 second at the top
That’s one rep. Now do 8-10 of those.
Feel the burn. Feel the pump. Feel the growth.
The Result?
More tension → more damage → more growth → more swole → more reasons to cut off your sleeves.
REMEMBER: Tempo is a tool. Use it. Abuse it. Get bigger. Get harder. Stay a Meathead.
