Train your grip like a beast – 2x a week.
Add these to your routine:

  • Heavy Farmer’s Carries (2–3 sets of 30–60 seconds)

  • Dead Hangs (Max time, 3 rounds – grip to failure)

  • Thick bar or towel curls/rows (makes your forearms scream)
