Huge traps aren't just for show. They make your whole upper body look more powerful and command respect before you even say a word. They scream Alpha before you even lift a finger.

💪 SWOLE STRATEGY: Trap Blast Finisher

Try this for 4 weeks to shock the muscles. Do this 2-3x per week with at least a day in between. At the end of your workout throw this trap attack in:

4 Super Sets – NO Rest Between Moves. Use a weight that gets you to failure. Mix up heavy and light weights to always confuse the muscle. Going to failure is Key!

  • Barbell Shrugs - rotate between free weights and the Smith Machine

  • Dumbbell Shrugs - or any machine where your arms are at your sides

  • Cable Rope Pulls – hold and squeeze for a second (burn out your whole yoke)
